Tube scarfing tool, also called tube deburring tool, is mainly used to remove the excess welding material from welded tube or pipe to generate a smooth surface. Scarfing process is made on either to remove the bur on the outer diameter of the pipe or the inner diameter of the tube.

Our factory designs and manufactures the tube related tools in hard metal for welded tube production, from preparation of the tube edge milling, remove the burrs on the ID and OD of the tube, to bevel the tube ends before packing.

Pipe and tube scarfing insert covers the entire range from dia 10 to dia 55; different geometries are designed based on the tube thickness and material hardness.
