Product Introduction

Cubic boron nitride CBN cutter insert was first synthesized under high temperature and high pressure in the 1950s. Its hardness is second only to diamond and much higher than other materials.

While maintaining the original physical and chemical properties of cubic boron nitride, it can be made into a disc with a diameter of 16mm. After cutting into an appropriate shape, it can be used as a tool head of turning tool and boring tool, which is suitable for cutting quenched steel, cast iron and nickel alloy.

The wear resistance and life performance of CBN lathe inserts are hundreds times more than regular cutting tools; it ensures better surface fish and accuracy; meanwhile, production cost is reduced; time is saved and production efficiency is improved. Packing and Storage

1. All CBN cutting inserts are packed in plastic box with 10 PCS in one box;
