TOGT inserts feature pressed-to-form 3D chip breakers and chip splitters on their rake face that allow these inserted tools to drill three times as fast as a traditional gun drill while also providing better chip control. PVD wear-resistant coatings provide long-lasting service.

The pressed-to-form inserts are available in sizes from 0.625" to 1.25" diameters and are offered in both brazed and solid carbide. Triangular inserts with three full cutting edges enable production of on-size bores.

Gun drill machine’s minimum lubrication system delivers coolant mist directly to the drill’s cutting edge, ensuring a stable surface and longer tool life.
