The tungsten carbide insert for rough machining is designed with high toughness matrix with special structure; It is combined with TiCN + Al₂O₃ coating, which has super wear resistance and plastic deformation resistance, and has good impact resistance. It is the best choice for rough machining and semi finishing of steel; It has excellent cutting performance in the process of large cutting depth, large feed and high-speed cutting.

In the rough drilling of cylinder tubes, good chip removal, high toughness and wear resistance are critical in cutting tool's life performance and finish on the component. Our insert shows smooth chip removal and wear resistance even when the cutting depth is over 10mm.

For the finish insert, TiAlN coating with high wear resistance base material helps achieve better wear resistance; it is suitable for semi-finish and finish application of steel and stainless steel. The special design on chip breaker helps with chip removal and hence insert life.
