Support Cage for Roller Burnishing Tool

Skiving and roller burnishing tool is one of the new special tools for high-speed oil cylinder processing; it adopts the fully hydraulic automatic expansion and contraction tool structure to realize the automatic completion of cutting, rolling and tool withdrawal, change the processing mode of traditional combined boring head shutdown and manual tool withdrawal, improve the machine tool movement rate, reduce the operation intensity, and cooperate with the manipulator to automatically load and unload materials.

The skiving and roller burnishing tools are places in a cage; the support cage is pushed to the cylinder's inner wall and hence a smooth surface will be generated through the cylinder's tubes. The whole roller process produces better hardness, wear resistance of the component.
