Milling Cutters for CBN Insert

Cubic Boron Nitride(CBN) insert is used to cut ultra hard materials with HRC over 60; for example high speed steel; hardened steel, gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, high alloy cast iron, high nickel chromium cast iron, high manganese steel and other hard to machine materials; from rough to semi finish machining to finish machining, smooth and intermittent conditions.

The wear resistance and durability is hundreds times more than regular cutting tools; it ensures better surface fish and accuracy; meanwhile, production cost is reduced; time is saved and production efficiency is improved;

CBN milling insert shows excellent machining efficiency; better life performance, unique surface finish, shorter recycle time; and improved productivity. There are 3 types of milling cutter, fixed pocket for all milling insert, fixed pocket for milling insert and adjustable pocket for wiper inserts; all adjustable pockets to adjust the positions and hence improve the accuracy and finish.
